5.3 Analysis and Improvements: We may use the information to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users, to improve our services, and to develop new products, services, features, and functionality.

5.4 Communications: We may use a user's email address or other information to contact that user for administrative purposes such as customer service, to address intellectual property infringement, right of privacy violations or defamation issues related to the data hosted on our services or for updates on promotions and events, relating to products and services offered by us and by third parties we work with.

6. Data Anonymization

6.1 Anonymization Process: At SalesBop, we value your privacy and make sure to take the necessary steps to protect your personal data. Before any user information is processed or transferred to any third-party services, we anonymize the data. This means that any information that could potentially identify you or your sales team is removed or altered to break any connection to you or any individual.

6.2 Anonymized Data Usage: The anonymized data, which cannot be used to identify you, may be used for purposes including but not limited to, improving our services, developing new features, conducting data analysis or research, and training our AI models.

6.3 Third-Party Services: In instances where we employ third-party services, such as Rev.ai for transcription services, Vercel for web hosting, PlanetScale and AWS for data storage, and GPT 3.5 Turbo for sales call analysis, the data that we transfer to these parties is anonymized. These services do not receive your personal data unless expressly mentioned in this Privacy Policy.
